As Promised, Issue 2

As Promised is a new magazine from Tel Aviv, it is an idea—an alternative to the current situation. A borderless aspirational life we would all like to live. A thoughtful livelihood that is driven by wellness, respect, and beauty. A prism that is rooted in compassion, beauty and inclusivity, showcases ideas and works of creators coming from the region. By examining the coexistence between the various sectors in the region, As Promised creates a space devoted to aesthetics, innovation and dialogue, sans borders, solidifying Levantine culture as a pillar of creative movements worldwide.

As the first issue refreshed and expanded our own understanding of the Mediterranean and introduced our readers to a region that is relatable regardless of where you are from, the second issue takes it one step further. 2019 is a time where just about anything is in reach, authentic regional cuisine, traditional garb, contemporary culture – it’s all an Uber ride away. Origin is a starting point but what defines a person is what they choose to be a part of. Issue 2 gives readers the chance to customize the elements of their reality.
