Das Mag has become the freshest voice in the contemporary literary scene. It started out five years ago as a quarterly magazine founded in Amsterdam. Since then Das Mag has expanded to include festivals (in Amsterdam, Antwerp, London and Berlin), a summer camp for young writing talent and a successful publishing house. The Dutch version of the magazine has a circulation of 6.000 and contains the country’s best short stories, poems and essays. This is the first international, English language edition.
