Soigneur, a platform with a love of racing bikes, consists of a combination of magazine, website, online gallery and social media channels. As a platform, Soigneur offers a varied selection of background stories, analyses, interviews, photo reports, columns, infographics and poetry by renowned international authors, photographers and designers. Soigneur recounts the past, the present and the future of cycling.
Soigneur was born in the Netherlands in 2012, when we set out to create an independent magazine celebrating cycling culture. The Dutch-language editions we’ve produced since have paid homage to the breadth of the sport, all over the world, both in writing and with photographs. In 2015 we felt it was time to share our love for cycling — and print — with the rest of the world. Soigneur 00 was published in December 2015, bringing together some of the finest stories, reportages, and photo-essays from our previous 14 editions.
Our International launch was a success and we decided to continue publishing in English and relaunched as Soigneur Cycling Journal.
